TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all online music tuition services provided by RAD LIVE, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12757606 with its registered office at 57 Ely Street, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England, CV37 6LN ("RAD LIVE", "we", "us", or "our").
By enrolling in our online music lessons, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Lesson Registration and Scheduling
- Lessons are scheduled in advance and renew automatically unless otherwise cancelled.
- At registration, you must provide the student’s full name, age, and preferred instrument.
- Lesson times are subject to availability and may be adjusted to accommodate tutor schedules or operational needs.
- Once a sign-up form is submitted, RAD LIVE will schedule and invoice for lessons based on the provided information.
2. Fees and Payment
- All lesson fees are clearly communicated before enrolment and must be paid in advance.
- Payments are due on or before the date listed on the invoice.
- Failure to pay on time may incur late fees and may result in a temporary suspension of lessons until outstanding fees are cleared.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Lessons are non-refundable.
- At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice will be forfeited.

- A minimum one-month written notice is required to cancel ongoing subscriptions. Fees remain due during the notice period.
4. Teacher and Student Conduct
- All students are expected to treat RAD LIVE instructors with respect during sessions.
- RAD LIVE tutors are DBS checked and trained to deliver safe and engaging online learning.
5. Equipment and Materials
- RAD LIVE will provide digital access to lesson materials at no extra charge.
- Students are responsible for having access to their own instruments and a stable internet connection.
- RAD LIVE is not responsible for issues caused by poor connectivity or faulty personal equipment.
6. Safety and Welfare
- We follow robust online safeguarding practices to protect all students.
- Any concerns about student wellbeing should be reported to our support team immediately.
7. Communication
- RAD LIVE communicates important updates (lesson changes, reminders, etc.) via email and/or SMS.
- It is the bill payer’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
- All queries regarding scheduling or lesson concerns must be directed to support@totallyradmusic.co.uk.
8. Intellectual Property
- All RAD LIVE lesson content and materials are the intellectual property of RAD LIVE.
- Materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without our explicit permission.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- RAD LIVE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and take effect from the date specified.
10. Termination
- RAD LIVE reserves the right to terminate lesson provision if any terms are violated by the student or guardian. Termination will be communicated with appropriate notice.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
